This dinner, consisting of an 8-course tasting menu, features each dish as an authorial creation, meticulously designed to envelop you in a true symphony of flavors, aromas, and textures. Upon arriving at this secret bistro, where ingredients and utensils are displayed as part of the scenery, you begin to unravel some of the enchantments of A Alquimista’s cuisine. Gathered around a special table, everyone closely follows the magical transformation of ingredients, which become true gastronomic masterpieces enjoyed in a joyful and relaxed manner.
- Morning: Mineiro Coffee with Dona Vera (Café Mineiro com Dona Vera)
It’s a true Mineiro coffee! That’s what this experience offers. Here, you will taste the flavors of Brumadinho through family recipes, made by the hands of Dona Vera, a reference in Mineira cuisine and in the preparation of sweets, sauces, savories, as well as smoked meats and sausages produced at the Restaurant. All of this takes place at Rancho do Peixe Restaurante Fazenda, located at the foot of Serra da Moeda. There, Dona Vera welcomes visitors as if they were in her own home, always with a hearty smile and great stories.

Quilombo do Sapé, one of Brumadinho’s four quilombola communities, preserves a rich cultural tradition and houses one of the city’s most important historic churches. It is around this church that visitors are welcomed for a delicious breakfast, full of local flavors. Fruits, vegetables, and herbs cultivated in the community’s backyards, in addition to centuries-old recipes, compose this authentic and affectionate experience, where each dish carries the history and memory of the place.






- Late Morning: Preserving the Roots of Quilombola Identity (Preservando as Raízes da Identidade Quilombola)
At Quilombo de Rodrigues, you will be invited to immerse yourself in the cultural and religious traditions of the community, experiencing firsthand the strength of ancestry transmitted through songs and stories passed down from generation to generation. During the experience, each participant can craft their own xequerê (a percussion instrument) or an exclusive bracelet made with Lady’s Tears seeds, harvested within the community. An authentic encounter with Quilombola culture, full of meaning and connection.
- LUNCH:
Mussá at Sítio Fotossíntese
Lunch takes place at the welcoming Sítio Fotossíntese, where the couple Nina and Gustavo share their passion for the land. During the experience, you will get to know the farm, walking through the agroforest where the ingredients for lunch are cultivated, and you will have the opportunity to learn about the agro-ecological cultivation process and the raising of stingless bees. After this immersion, a homemade lunch will be prepared, cooked on the traditional wood-fired stove.
