How about on your next visit to the Inhotim Museum, you meet an artist beforehand and have a delicious cup of coffee together?

What if this artist, who is pure of emotion and heart, invited you to build with him an object that is an immersion in the baroque art of Minas Gerais, but with the delicacy of working with cold ceramic?

This is what the workshop “The Baroque and the Contemporary: A Coffee with the Artist before the Museum” proposes!

Renan Florindo is a great artist who, besides being a welcoming host, has an interesting story to tell.

Born in Espírito Santo, state in the Southeast region of Brazil, Graduated in Pharmaceuticals and Master in Neurosciences, Renan chose Minas Gerais to live and find himself. Renan is one of those artists with self identity and passionate about what he does.

In this experience, you will create alongside Renan an unique piece, the “Porta de Minas” (Door of Minas Gerais), using baroque and rococo elements as inspirations for your modeling. And look how cool it is: whoever does the experience can take the artwork home as a souvenir of the moment.

Creating Baroque art in Brumadinho

Have you ever thought about the experience of visiting a museum, but meeting with an artist beforehand and having a delicious coffee together?

What if this artist, who is pure emotion and heart, invited you to build with him an object that mixes the baroque art and the delicacy of working with cold ceramic?

This is exactly what the workshop “From the baroque to the contemporary” proposes. Renan is a great artist who, besides being a welcoming host, has an interesting story to tell.

He is one of those artists with his own identity and his trademark is the hearts that are a success on the social networks and at the Inhotim store.
